Flowers Really Do Brighten My Day

I spent Saturday afternoon with my friend Kolo. While at the North Meade Market (her sister was getting her hair plaited) I saw a stand selling roses. They grow roses here and export them to the UK, so the quality is great and they were so fresh... right from the bush! I bought some- thinking it would be my christmas tree subsitute- but I like them so much I may have to make a point of keeping flowers in my room all of the time.
